Tornadoes tore through parts of North Texas Wednesday night, killing at least six people in Granbury, injuring dozens of people and damaging many homes.

You can help victims of the storms in these ways:

  • The Red Cross is providing relief funds to the area through their general disaster-relief fund. You can donate by texting RED CROSS to 90999. A $10 charge will appear on your cell-phone bill. You can also donate online by clicking here.
  • The Red Cross has set up two shelters in Granbury for victims. They are located at First Christian Church at 2109 West Highway 377 and First United Methodist Church at 201 Loop 567.
