For all the single moms...

For all the single moms...

First, I gotta start off with a little rant.  My life is 99.9% about my kiddo.  It's been just me and Jordan since he was 5.  His father disappeared - as in zero contact- (he played daddy up until that point) and the last 13 years have been a struggle to get child support and fight for things that truely benefit my son.  His "father" has found every loop hole possible over the years to avoid any jail, punishment or responsibility- he even joined the Army National Guard. He served overseas.  Unfortunatly, that does not make him a man.  He's not a "hero". He is a coward and a deadbeat.  I feel fortunate to have the gift of gab- and I've accomplished a lot over the years with both the Attorney General and the Army.  Many things that I was at one point told "couldn't happen" but I made it happen...

One of my goals in life will be to one day go to Congress and present an idea that will keep deadbeat parents (male or female) from working the system.  The Attorney General doesn't do as much as they should to help those of us left behind to struggle without child support. I get it, they're overwhelmed. But I'm still owed over $30k and counting... I feel bad for the parents that don't know how to speak up and make things happen. The ones that are scared for one reason or another to push the system. The ones that struggle every day without that financial help. I want to help future parents so that they don't have to go through what I have. It shouldn't be this way...  it's made me stronger though, and the best part of it all is that I have the most amazing kiddo that I could ever ask for. I want to make changes in the system. I want deadbeat parents to be forced to take responsibility. I'm a persistant lil thing- and once I have my mind set on something, I get it done.  Watch. I'll make waves!
