Selena Gomez’s BFF, Kidney Donor Francia Introduces Logic at Jingle Ball

Selena Gomez’s best friend and kidney donor, Francia Raisa, introduced Logic alongside Elvis Duran, Sofia Carson and Bebe Rexha at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball presented by Capital One at The Forum in Los Angeles on Friday, December 1.

As previously reported, Selena shocked fans in September when she announced that she was in dire need of a new kidney and that her selfless bestie had offered to be her transplant.

“I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering,” Selena shared on Instagram at the time. “… There aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis.”

The two pals met back in 2007.

While accepting her Billboard’s 2017 Woman of the Year award earlier this week, Selena dedicated the award to Francia.

"To be honest, I think Francia should be getting this award because she saved my life," the singer said through tears. "I would like to thank my amazing team and family because they stuck with me through some really hard times."
