It's been a rough few months.
There isn't any secret pill or shortcuts, it really is all about self-control... which I don't have too much of.
I didn't realize I needed to lose weight until I started seeing photos of myself. I would avoid mirrors to save my ego, so the photos were the only validation of my weight gain.
Pictures like this really put my weight in perspective:
1 of 4 2 of 4 3 of 4 4 of 4
After seeing my drastic weight gain I knew I needed to take matters into my own hands and deal with the issues I was ignoring.
I got a membership at Boost. My trainer, Kelly, started working me out four days a week.
Along with explosion workouts (medicine balls, burpees, sprints), I ran 2-3 miles each day I wasn't with my trainer.
I cut out all bread. No carbs. No sugar.
Healthy fats, proteins, and soooo many veggies are what made my transformation so quick.
I only allow myself to eat between 12p-9p.
I drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning. Eat a lettuce wrap for lunch with a fruit. For Dinner, I'll have chicken and broccoli or salmon/broccoli. If I'm hungry throughout the night I'll eat almonds or a protein bar.
I never break my diet. Consistency is key. You won't notice results right away. But when you do, it feels so damn good. I began noticing differences throughout my weight loss:
Eventually, I made it to 70 pounds down. I found my jawline, energy & the motivation to continue my transformation.
Continue to reach your goals.
K love you bye.
