A Truck Full Of Slime Eels Spilled On The Highway And Ew, Ew, Ew [PHOTOS]

A truck transporting slime eels overturned Thursday (7/13) in Oregon, which resulted in 7,500 pounds of slimy fish slithering in the road. The truck crashed on US Route 101 after the driver, 59-year-old Salvatore Tragale, was unable to stop in time for construction work, according to Oregon State Police.

OSP posted several photos of the accident on Facebook, along with the caption:

OSP, Oregon Department of Transportation and Lincoln County Sheriff's Office - Oregon on scene of overturned #Slime #Eel  truck on Highway 101 MilePost 131, 3 miles south of Depoe Bay. Hwy 101  is expected to be closed until 3:00 pm. Minor injuries reported.  www.tripcheck.com for roadway updates.
