BuzzFeed recently asked the members of BuzzFeed Community to share one small way a person can change their life for the better:
1. Put your phone on airplane mode whenever you need to get things done.
2. Get up as soon as your alarm goes off.
3. If something takes less than 5 minutes to do, don't put it off.
4. Transfer a few dollars-- or whatever you can spare-- into your savings account after every payday.
5. Eat a fruit.
6. Never be afraid to say no.
7. Stretch every morning after waking up.
8. Smile as often as possible.
