It's About -76 Degrees In A Tiny Village Called Oymyakon

Oymyakon, a tiny village in the northeast corner of Siberia, is considered the coldest "permanently settled" place in the world. 

The town, which is known as 'The Pole Of Cold,' has around 500 permanent residents. The town's average yearly temperature is around 4 degrees, but the coldest it's ever gotten is -96 degrees.
