When To Worry About Your Mental Health

It's not always easy to know if you're suffering with mental health issues. One bad day can turn into a bad week, which can turn into a bad month and, suddenly, you can't remember the last time you were truly happy. Here are some signs you may be suffering with mental health issues:

  • Obsession with nutrition or fitness to an unhealthy degree
  • Inability to handle boredom and feeling anxious if you’re not occupied
  • Low motivation to do much of anything
  • Lots of mood swings
  • Problems sleeping
  • Changes in eating habits
  • Inability to have fun – even at events you usually enjoy.
