When my alarm goes off at 7:15 a.m., I always hit snooze. Then I hit it again. And again. And again. While those 40 more minutes of sleep seem great, I usually feel lethargic the rest of the day. So if you're looking for ways to boost your energy to kick-start your day, stop snoozing your alarm and start incorporating these habits into your morning routine:
