Chances are, you're dehydrated, and if you're dehydrated, you're probably moody.
Studies show water has an impact on our mental health and overall wellness, and whether that impact is positive or negative depends on how much or little water we drink.
Drinking enough water positively impacts our energy, emotions, focus and overall happiness, so if you usually feel lethargic, moody, like you can't concentrate and/or generally dissatisfied with life, you should drink more water-- stat!
