Swifties, did we just solve a mystery!?
We're just days away from the 2022 Met Gala and speculation regarding possible celebrities attending is at an all-time high and some think this year could be the year of Taylor's return!
Taylor has not attended Met Gala since 2016, but people on TikTok believe she's going to be there on Monday!
Nothing is confirmed but Swifities are putting the pieces of the puzzle together, and they have some pretty good evidence to back it up!
A huge piece of evidence supporting this theory is that two of Taylor's besties (Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds) are serving as Met Gala co-chairs! Taylor is a very supportive friend, so she would go just for them, right?!
If Taylor does attend, fans believe her ‘fit could contain a hint of what's to come from the singer. “Many people think the 2014 Met Gala was the start of the old 1989 era, so why not do it again for Taylor's Version,” one fan wrote.
Another user agreed with the thinking, tweeting, “I also think 1989 TV could be next bc Taylor Swift could be entering her New York era 2.0. perhaps attending Met Gala, NYU commencement speech, etc.”
Looks like we'll just have to wait until Monday to see!
