How to pick up your prize:Prizes must be picked up at the station located at 14001 Dallas Parkway, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 76226. Prizes cannot be claimed/picked-up by anyone other than the actual winner. Unless otherwise noted, all prizes must be claimed by the winner within 30 calendar days from the date won or the date on which they are notified that the prize is available for pick-up, whichever is later. The only exception to this rule will be in the case of minors who do not have picture ID. In that scenario, only a parent or legal guardian may claim a prize on their behalf.
The station is open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on the weekends and we observe regular major holidays. If you are unsure if we will be open at the time or date you want to pick up, please call us at 214-866-8000.
A legal form of identification is required to pick up your tickets. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize. There will be paperwork you are required to fill out in order to receive your prize once we verify what you won.
