Michelle’s Letter to 106.1 KISSFM:
Kim is a single mom with 2 kids. One is just out of high school but still lives at home and the other just started her freshman year. The last 12 months have been extremely hard on this poor family. Kim was laid off (prior to the pandemic) from her accounting job. She was able to find work again but was furloughed in March 2020 when the pandemic hit. She was able to file unemployment but has not been able to find any work since then. She just received her last unemployment check and still no luck on trying to find steady work. She is a generous friend and I would like more than anything to help her with finding a job!
