Set Performance: Week 4

Shedding for tha wedding and stuff.

Soooo if you didn't know I'm getting my grind on at Set Performace off of Phillips Highway in Jax.

Dr. Fitness got with me, introduced me to a dope trainer (Kelly) and now I'm busting out workouts each week. 

I'm down ten pounds, but overall I feel healthy. They are helping my range of motion with FMS exercises, and above all else, it's a safe workout. They tested me and now they give me workouts that fit my body type.
